It's not surprise you have seen the Nikon N60 being sold for less in photo magazines, however some of those advertisers have terrible track records when it comes to satisfying customers. Visit Philip Greenspun's photo.net web site - http://www.photo.net/photo/ - and check under the "Neighbor-to-Neighbor" category for the consumer feedback on "Camera Shops." You'll be able to read hundreds of consumer reports on different mail order stores.
NONE of the mail order dealers listed in the ACE Index have a history of treating customers badly. Our mail order index is hyperlinked below.
I don't know what the Walmart price is for this camera or how
Walmart compares in terms of customer service.
