Like Frank, I'm questioning those two camera choices. If I was going to get a manual Canon body I'd look at the AE1 or A1before the T70. The T70 is set up to discourage manual control of the exposure making it sort of limiting. The T90 was considered (and still is by some) to be a true pro-level body in it's time but the T70 doesn't really follow in it's footsteps.
