Although silver is very elegant, cleaning can be a pain, so I
have changed all silver frames at home for pewter (sorry).
However, I've seen several places that can help you; one that
comes immediatly to mind is:

made silver picture frames and gifts
If this is not of your entire liking, I would suggest you use a
metasearch engine such as:
Big Mamma, the mother of all
search engines and use search frases such as 'silver picture
frames' and the like.
