I used Clark color lab several years ago. They lost a roll of film then. I just recently thought I would try again, I put my return address label on each roll of film along with a label they sent me. When I mailed it I put tape all around the package. There is no way it could of got lost in the mail. They only thing that could of happened is someone at the lab lost it when they opened the roll. I was to careful this time with my film. I will never use clark color lab again. They have not even offered to give me my money back that I have sent in.I am extremely disappointed with there service. Linda
