: : : : I have a 3DMagic Plus camera that needs developing. I
have address, but need to know how much developing will cost.
: : : : Address I have is Image Tech, PO Box 4300, Norcross, Ga.
: : : : Thanks
: : : Dear Bob,
: : : Don't send it in! I just sent some cameras in and they have
moved. I used the new postal service delivery confirmation
service and apparently my package was forwarded to Monrovia,
California. Now I see a post that people are having checks
checked and not getting anything back. I will write back if I can
find out more. I actually got an e-mail from them once and I will
try that to see if I can get any information. Gary.
: : Check out www.3-Dx.com (The D must be upper case) you can get a price list and mailing info here. I have used them with very good results.
: I called the number posted in letter received by Carol Harney 7/30/99 at 15:54.17 and talked to a lady at 3D Imaging Technology Inc. She told me they are catching up and the film turnaround should be very quick soon. I asked about the old Image Tech prepaid mailers and she said they still accept those. Since I had asked for 4 sets of prints (used a prepaid mailer and Mastercard number) she said that was fine, but they are not ready to do larger than normal sets (like 4 copies at once) yet, and my order may be delayed a few weeks to finish off the smaller orders. I will report back when I get my order back. Incidentally, thanks for the info Guy. I am glad to have a viable alternative available.
Okay...I got my film back about 10 days ago. They are having some problems but seem to be trying. They told me they would have to hold onto my disposable cameras because they weren't set up to do multiple prints for each negative (yet). I got the film back quickly, but with only 1 print each even though I used the "old" prepaid mailers (which they said they would honor) I got billed on my card for one of the two cameras I sent in. When I called the lady at 3D Imaging Systems she was pleasant and said she would credit my card. She also said to return the negs with a letter with her name (for verification) and they would run extra prints for the first time charge (not the later "reprint" charge). I didn't hassle the lady about receiving credit for the unprinted negs because I was happy I even got the film back. They listed a website on the reprint order form but it's not working. I also received an e-mail from an attorney who purports to be representing a client who is planning litigation against the original company in Georgia.
