I think you are referring to the Super Multi-Coating Pentax-M
Macro FA f2.8 50mm (not f4.0), although there are also f1.4 and
f1.7 Pentax FA if I remember well, although not macro.
There are several sites that you can find using a research engine
such as www.1blink.com or www.mamma.com, which are research
engines of search engines.
One site I visited recently mentioned the lens you are looking
for, although not with all detail, it is

You can also request specific literature from the Pentax site:
