Hello. I spotted your email when I found York Photo's webpage
(and a notice that there was no longer a York Photo webpage!).
After I mailed an angry email to York, I looked further to see if
there were other complaints. I sent for about $30-$40 worth of
reprints of my wedding guests' amateur shots, and got them back
full of dirt spots and one pinched negative (on my nephew's face)
which I may presume was caused by York (although the evidence was
circumstantial). I also recall inferior quality in general. Since
I am looking for a reasonable lab which offers satin or
"lustre" prints, I will continue my search. I also
found no number for Clark, which along with York I had used in
the past, so I resisted trying them. York's email address is
"service@yorkphoto.com". I found it by entering
(including quotes) "York Photo" on the Alta Vista
