The only parts source for a 20-year-old camera (your Yashica Mat is at least that old) would be cannibalizing another Yashica Mat which is not in working order. The only way to find such a part is by contacting camera repair facilities and inquiring whether they have a Yashica Mat they are parting out. There's only one other possibility - finding a camera repair technician capable of machining a new part for you. This is an expensive proposition and it helps to have an idea of what the original part looks like.
