Contacting Us

Everyone loves getting mail and we're no exception. However, some of the email we've been receiving suggests some things need to be clarified:

ACE does not sell cameras. In fact we don't sell any photographic equipment. It shouldn't surprise you that we don't buy photo stuff either. We don't repair cameras and we don't develop film. We can't appraise equipment either. We're unique!*

ACE is an annotated index of photo commerce web sites. You'll find nearly 3,000 camera stores, mail order houses, used equipment dealers, photo labs, service bureaus, photo equipment manufacturers, and photography magazines in 36 countries, all neatly organized by type of business and location. ACE means All Camera Equipment, and there's no place like us anywhere on the Web!

If you have a used item you'd like to sell, you're welcome to list your equipment in our online user forum visited by hundreds of people each month. Please include "For Sale" and the item you are selling in the subject line. Ads are removed after 30 days.

ACE's user forum is a great place to make inquiries about equipment, seek help with companies or products you can't find, and ask general questions about photography. Even better, it's faster to get an answer from us. We check our forum daily and all messages are usually answered within 48 hours. Asking us by email can sometimes take several days depending on our workload.

Sending Us Email

ACE answers all email we receive (except if the question deals with something we have already answered in our FAQ.) Please read our FAQ for questions about Clark Color Labs or where to get your 3-D photos processed. Our FAQ answers these and other frequently asked questions. We are not connected with Clark Color Labs, Nimslo, Nishika, the International Library of Photography or any other retailer, photo lab or manufacturer.

We love comments and suggestions about our web site, we appreciate hearing about dead links, and we'll try to answer your questions or aim you in the right direction. (Remember it may take a few days.)
