Folks. I have recently purchased a Maze Arcsoft four in one four mega pixel digital vedeo camera.This camera can record voice, record movie,snaps shots and can be used as web cam. i need few additional information about this product.
First. if any one know what model is this, as nothings is printed about the model in its manual they only thing it says is 9955-XDVC202010 and a seriel number as A3B144053. this camera is 82x82x33 mm in dimensions and the liquid crystal display located on the top and is flip open type. ? where can additional info can be obtain for this product as no info is available about this product over the internet.
When I take a snap out door, in a plenty of sun light, with the camera settings at auto the object for instance, a person,as a result of a snap the persons face come very redish and the back ground with lot of yellow .
After manualy changing the white balance at sunny. EV level at +2 and taking a snap shot, there is very little change in the results.The face of the person still comes redish and brown.
Do all results have to be corrected by the software which comes with the camera?
Taking a snap with flash does not comes clear even with a flash and in a well lit area by tungsten light and flash on the picture comes totaly dark.
Once I take the snaps i transfer them to its software ,programmed in the pc.PC settings are at factory default.
When used as a webcam it requires lot light even with a halogen light of 300mz the object,lets say person using the cam and the back groung comes totaly dark.
I I took the camera to the dealer and no fault was found.
I have few more questions. for taking pictures where should i set the Image size settings 4M 3M 2M or VGA?
Is there any other software which i can down load so that I can solve or improve the picture quality results?
