I recommend Jon Goodman's light seal kit which you may buy on ebay for USD$6. I believe postage to the UK would be $1 more. Search for his ebay ID, "interslice". I have bought this kit which contains extremely detailed instructions and Jon will gladly email you if you get stuck.
