I have also just received prints which were terribly dark. I have used York for many years and never had a major complaint. I have also tried to find a phone number unsuccessfully. Perhaps the increase in digital cameras has hurt their business to the point where they no longer can afford to pay competent people. I have no solution except to email them myself, and believe me it will an email to remember!
