The Epson Stylus Photo R300 sounds like just the ticket. It will print borderless prints of all the sizes you want, plus it can print CDs/DVDs. You can order one (refurbished) directly from the Epson web site for $145 with free shipping. Ink cartridges for Epson printers are generally cheaper in cost than other brands, plus you can find many low cost aftermarket cartridges for them. See the link below.....
